Equal Opportunity: the principle of treating all people the same and not being influenced by a person's race, gender, religion, etc.:

Different countries and cultures have different forms of Government and different laws regarding voting.

Voting only happens in Democratic countries. Many countries have different political systems.
The WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION (WHO) states that "Health is a fundamental human right. Health equity is achieved when everyone can attain their full potential for health and well-being."
Peoples health can be influenced by the conditions in which they are born, grow, live, work, play and age, as well as their inherited biology. Outside conditions such as their wealth and the countries politics will also influence their health.
